What makes our program unique is that our Wellness Coach is also a licensed physical therapist. Her expertise in movement analysis, injury prevention, and rehabilitation makes this program especially ideal for anyone recovering from injury or feeling unsure about where to start.
Together, we’ll create a comprehensive, personalized plan to support your fitness and overall health. This includes proper body mechanics, safe exercise progressions, and patient education – plus guidance on sleep, hydration, and stress management to help you reach your fullest potential.

How do I know if I'm ready for personal training?
The best time to begin personal training is when you are ready to take full responsibility for your health and tackle your fitness goals. Regardless of fitness level or if you feel out-of-shape, we will meet you where you are at and work together to create a program suitable for you. Our coach will help you stay accountable and encouraged throughout your fitness journey!
What can I expect during my first personal training session?
During your first session, our Wellness Coach will guide you through a full-body movement assessment to understand your strengths, limitations, and goals. Based on this assessment, we’ll create a personalized workout plan and review your exercises for the week, ensuring you leave confident and ready to start your training journey.
How long will it take until I see results?
Your results will depend on your individual goals and level of commitment to the program. We’ll set goals to regularly assess your progress, and make adjustments as needed to keep you on track and moving forward.
How can I prepare for my first session?
You’ll receive an email with a link to your online forms — please fill those out before your appointment. If you have difficulty accessing the forms, feel free to email us at [email protected].
For your comfort and best experience:
- Wear loose, comfortable workout clothing
- Eat a light meal beforehand
- Stay well-hydrated
Be sure to bring a water bottle and be ready to get a great workout in!
