At East West Wellness & Rehab, we approach personal training as more than just your physical health. At East West Wellness & Rehab, you will work together with our Wellness Coach to tailor a new workout routine that is sustainable and suitable for your goals and busy schedule. Often times the biggest barriers are finding movements and activities that are fun and enjoyable, or finding a workout routine that complements your schedule. When we can figure out and tackle your biggest barriers, that's when the fun begins and the results start rolling in!
The greatest benefit of working one-on-one with our Wellness Coach, is knowing that she is also a skilled physical therapist. Her extensive background in movement analysis, rehabilitation, and injury prevention makes our personal training program especially great for people wanting to return to exercises following an injury, but unsure and nervous on where to start.
We'll create a well-rounded program personalized to your health and wellness goals so that you can achieve your fullest potential towards a healthy lifestyle. Our Wellness Coach will go over proper body mechanics, safe progression of exercises, and patient education throughout your wellness journey. Beyond that, we will also address sleep hygiene, hydration, and stress management that may be impacting your physical health.
After a complimentary consultation to review your fitness goals, our Wellness Coach will complete a movement assessment and prescribe a workout regimen to get you started and on track with your health goals. Whether it's a full-body program to build strength, increase endurance, or improve flexibility, our Coach will help you achieve the most optimal results during each personal training session. Progress checks will be completed to assess what has been working well, to celebrate your results, and to set new goals.
